The ‘NBA on TNT’ crew roasted Kevin Durant after his awkward interview with them

Kevin Durant played in his first NBA game Tuesday night since the 2019 NBA Finals and he looked pretty darn good in the Brooklyn Nets’ blowout win over his previous team, the Golden State Warriors.

After the game, in which he had 22 points in 25 minutes, Durant did an interview with the “NBA on TNT” crew that was equal parts awkward and bland.

The best part came when Durant gave Charles Barkley a one-word answer on a long question. Barkley later said that KD and Kyrie Irving are tight and he thought Durant was probably annoyed with the stuff Barkley has said recently about Irving.

Here’s Barkley’s question, which they had fun with after the Clippers-Lakers game:

Here’s more from the interview, with the crew roasting KD a bit afterward:

It’s great to have these guys back.
