Piaget jewellers specifically drew inspiration from the Nordic phenomena, whose otherworldly dancing lights are driven by solar winds and the Sun's electrically-charged particles interacting with Earth's magnetic field.
The alluring colours are determined by different gases in the atmosphere. For instance, oxygen gives off a fluorescent green and nitrogen a bewitching blue, with these two shades represented by emerald and Paraiba tourmaline in the exceptional jewellery.
