A Tesco filling station has been closed for a second day following a mysterious incident.
Access to the filling station in the supermarket's Pontarddulais store was halted after a 'strange odour' was detected on Monday.
Fire crews from Pontarddulais and Llanelli were called to the scene, ventilated the area, and also cleared and sealed a drain.
A spokesman for Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service said: "On Monday, May 20 at 3.39pm, crews from Pontarddulais and Llanelli attended an incident at a fuelling station in Pontarddulais, following reports of a strange odour at the site.
"Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service deployed an environmental unit to the incident. No spillage was detected at the scene.
"As precautionary measures, firefighters ventilated the on-site store using a positive pressure ventilation fan and also cleared and sealed a drain.
"The fire service handed the incident over to the fuelling station’s owners at 08:37pm."
Tesco confirmed the filling station would remain closed while investigations took place.

A spokesman for the supermarket said: "We have temporarily closed the petrol filling station at our Pontarddulais superstore whilst we investigate an issue within the station kiosk.
"We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused to customers and will reopen the filling station as soon as possible."
