Keith Winston Evans BEVAN

(Formerly of Aberkenfig, Wales) Passed away peacefully on Friday 4th November 2022, aged 94 years. He touched the lives of many and will be sadly missed by all. Richard Aaron JAMES

Richard, of Haywain, died on October 26 at the age of 84, and it was with deep sadness that his family announced his passing.

Richard was a farmer, a Welsh ploughing champion, a prize winning artist, a lifelong friend of Welsh National Opera and a true lover of nature. He will be greatly missed by his children Ruth and Jonathan, his grandchildren Tom, Cate, Gruff and Nia and his dear friend Pat. His funeral will be held at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium, on Monday, November 21 at 11am. There is a tribute page for Richard at https://richardjames.muchloved.com. All donations to the RSPB will be matched by the family in a donation to Marie-Curie. Tributes to Richard have been left with the quoted line; ‘'What will survive of us is love.’

Jane Elizabeth GRIFFIN

Peacefully passing away on October 28 was Jane of Miskin, Pontyclun. Jane was a beloved wife of the late Colin, loving mother of Simon and Nigel, dear mother-in-law of Debbie and Deborah, and devoted and much loved Granny and Grandma of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Jane will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Her funeral will be taking place on Friday, November 18. There will be a service at St David's Church, Miskin, Pontyclun at 1pm, followed by cremation at Coychurch Crematorium, Bridgend at 2.15pm. Elizabeth Anita JONES

Suddenly on 17th October at her home Kennedy Drive, Pencoed, Anita, aged 84 years. Much loved mother of Islwyn, Ian, Sian, Judith, Wendy and Josephine, mother-in-law, loving Nan of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and a dear sister of Brian and Hedley. Anita will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral Friday 18th November. Service and cremation at Coity Chapel, Coychurch Crematorium, Bridgend at Noon. Margaret Mary WAY

Peacefully on Tuesday 25th October 2022 at Highfields Nursing Home, Blackwood, Peggy Way, formerly of Hawthorn Road, Nelson. Beloved wife of the late Arthur Way, cherished mother of Michael and Byron and greatly loved mother-in-law of Patricia and Gill. A treasured grandmother of Nicola, James-Henry, Hannah, Lucy and Elizabeth, a proud great-grandmother of Hattie Fflur, a respected grand mother-in-law of Eva and David, and kind welcomer of family newcomer James. A much-loved sister, aunt, cousin, friend, and neighbour. A wonderful woman who will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. Rest in peace. Funeral on Tuesday 15th November. Service at Salem Chapel, Nelson at 12.30pm, committal following at Sirhowy Valley Crematorium at 1.30pm. Leighton RICHARDS

In loving memory of Leighton, flight Sergeant RAFVR, reported missing January 31st 1944 aged 22 years. Only son of the late Mr and Mrs Eddie Richards, father of the late Anthony and brother of the late Cynthia. Always remembered.
