There has been a vocal reaction from Leeds United fans on social media to the news of Eddie Nketiah's absence from the squad against QPR.
It had been expected that the Arsenal loanee was finally in line for a first Championship start of the season after Marcelo Bielsa confirmed Patrick Bamford was suffering with the knock he sustained at Sheffield Wednesday last weekend.
Bamford has been passed fit to continue his streak of starting every league match for the Whites this season, though he comes into this fixture on a nine-match goalscoring drought.
Nketiah is out of the squad entirely having sustained a lower abdomen injury in training yesterday. The 20-year-old has come off the bench to score three goals and win five points for Leeds so far this season.
There was some positivity to be found, however, as fans welcomed the return of Pablo Hernandez to the bench, with Tyler Roberts given his first league start of the season.
