These are the most expensive houses sold in County Durham in 2020.
The most expensive property was sold at Ramside Park, Carrville, for £1.9m in February.
It is one of three properties that sold for more than £1m, with a house at Hillcrest, Potters Bank selling for £1.5m.
A second property on Ramside Park sold for £1.5m in September, while a third property in the exclusive neighbourhood sold for £960,000 in March.
Properties on Quarryheads Lane, Durham, and Pelton Grange Farm, Grange Villa, sold in excess of £900,000.
Properties in Grange Villa, Trimdon, Bearpark and Brancepeth were also in the top 10 most expensive sold, according to data from the Land Registry.
