Limited Edition Louis XIII Mathusalem Tasting at the Baccarat Bar
Only available at Harrods’ glitzy Baccarat Bar, the Louis XIII Mathusalem experience makes for an incredibly over-the-top evening with a tasting of Louis XIII from a limited-edition blown crystal Mathusalem decanter. Served in a Château Baccarat Dégustation glass, the 50ml pour is paired with rich nibbles like coveted Russian Oscietra caviar and shavings of marbled jamón Ibéico de bellota. If you take a liking to the cognac, a blend of up to 1,200 Grande Champagne eaux de vie, you can always take home your own Louis XIII Mathusalem—fully equipped with display chest, eight crystal glasses, serving platter and pipette—for a mere £75,000 at Harrods.

Other New Drinking Experiences To Have In London:
While not as exclusive, these new bar pop-ups and festive menus will get you in the holiday spirit this December:
German Gymnasium’s Wunderbar Weihnachtsmarkt winter terrace is a step-up from your typical Christmas market pop-up. Created in partnership with Monkey 47 Schwarzwald Dry Gin, which is infused with lingonberries from Germany’s Black Forest region, the focus at Wunderbar Weihnachtsmarkt is very much on the leveled-up Christmas cocktails, such as Monkey Grog (Monkey 47, Islay, Port, red wine, cloudy apple juice, cinnamon syrup, rooibos tea, orange garnish). Also, at the sophisticated St Pancras by Searcys Brasserie and Champagne Bar, stationed above St Pancras International on the Grand Terrace, there’s a new menu of seasonal cocktails to enjoy including a Winter Spice Negroni. Lastly, don’t miss the Moët & Chandon pop-up at Searcys at The Gherkin, where floors 39 and 40 are festively dressed in glittery gold.
