Leeds United head coach Marcelo Bielsa has heaped praise on defender Ben White following the Brighton & Hove Albion loanee's performance in the 2-1 defeat to Millwall on Saturday.
White, who is on loan at Elland Road for the season from the Premier League Seagulls, has been superb since arriving in West Yorkshire, leading to heavy praise from both management and supporters alike.
And Bielsa, who will be appealing the decision that saw defender Gaetano Berardi sent-off against Millwall, has once again come out praising White, describing him as a 'great player.'
"He's a great player," Bielsa said. "He takes risks and he doesn't make mistakes. That is the most difficult thing in football.
"It's easy when you don't risk the ball.
"It's normal, when you risk the ball, you have some mistakes, but the best players risk and don't make mistakes. Everything seems White is in this band."
Bielsa has not often singled out individual players for praise during his time at Leeds United, so his comments regarding the 21-year-old underline just how impressive his start to life at Elland Road has been.
