Almost two thirds of Bristolians are missing out on workplace perks such as being able to take their birthdays off, staff discounts and unlimited holidays.
According to a recent study, the majority of workers in the city say extra benefits at work are important for job satisfaction, with nearly half highlighting flexible working.
Figures from independent job board CV-Library show that, while flexible working is most desired, staff discount is the number one benefit Bristol professionals currently receive - with only half offered flexible working.
Lee Biggins, founder and CEO of CV-Library says: “It’s an alarming statistic to find two thirds of professionals in Bristol don’t receive workplace perks.”
