The most and least expensive streets in Wales have been revealed, and there's more than £800,000 separating them.
The most expensive place to buy a house in 2019 was Augusta Road, Penarth, averaging £845,000 from three sales.
Meanwhile, Maesgwyn in Aberdare was the least expensive, with an average price of £39,950.
Last year, more than half of the most expensive streets in Wales could be found in Cardiff.
So which streets were the most expensive? And which were the cheapest?
The most expensive
1. Augusta Road, Penarth
With homes averaging £845,000 from three sales, the street is just a short walk away from the seafront, no doubt adding to its value.
As well as being near lots of green spaces and residential properties, the street is also within walking distance of lots of bars and restaurants.
The road is so popular that there is only one property in this location currently for sale; a bungalow marketed at £795,000.

2. Cyncoed Avenue, Cardiff
Houses in this affluent Cardiff suburb are often valued at more than half a million pounds and Cyncoed Avenue is no different.
Last year, the average house price on this street was £775,000.
This street is situated off the main road with most houses boasting on-site parking.
The famous Roath Park boating lake is just a short walk away from the street.

3. Church Road, Cardiff
Nestled away in the north of Cardiff, Church road in Pentyrch is third on the list, with homes averaging at £700,000.
This country lane is the main route from the village to Cardiff and is surrounded by rolling fields and greenery.

4. Cefn Mabley Park, Cardiff
Cefn Mably Park in Cardiff came fourth in the list of most expensive streets, with an average price of £692,500
The street is home to mainly detached houses and is opposite Cefn Mably Farm Park, which has a mixture of farm animals and soft play areas for children and family days out.
The houses are spaced out quite generously along the winding road and there's some great scenery surrounding the area.
This five-bedroom swanky pad boasts a cinema, games room and swimming pool, and is currently for sale with Savills estate agents, with a £1.99m price tag.

5. Caswell Road, Swansea
For all beach lovers looking to live in the Swansea area, Caswell Road is obviously a popular place to park a bucket, spade and deckchair.
The main road linking the popular Gower seaside town of Mumbles to the pretty cove called Caswell Bay Beach and beyond winds through country, coast and communities.
The long street is a mix of properties and most of them are period, detached abodes.
This beach road had an average selling price of £685,000 during 2019.
6. Westbourne Road, Penarth
At number six on the list of most expensive streets is Westbourne Road in Penarth.
Not too far from the waterfront and a short walk away from the pier, these gorgeous big houses and well-kept gardens mean the road's average property price is above half a million pounds, at £650,000.
The substantial and distinctive Victorian homes on this street close to Penarth town centre, and within the catchment of great local schools, mean that most do not stay on the market for long, with eager house hunters soon making an offer.
This three-storey charming home is a six-bedroom stunner on the market for £725,000.

7. Lakeside, Barry
The only Barry listing, houses on this street averaged £640,000 last year.
Adjacent to the Marine Lake this street is one of the most sought after in the town.
At the end of the street you will find Watch House Bay and Barry Harbour, no doubt adding to its appeal.

8. Mill Road, Cardiff
This road which links Lisvane to Llanishen in the capital has seen properties sold for almost £1.5m, while some of the cheapest on the road come in around the £300,000 mark.
The average price sits at more than half a million pounds, and some properties on the street even have swimming pools.
Last year, the average property on this street sold for £634,000.

9. Hollybush Road, Cardiff
The majority of sales in Hollybush Road during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £195,000. The average property sold for £630,000.
The main road linking Cyncoed and Pentwyn, this street is at the heart of residential areas and just a short walk from local parks and shops.
Currently on the market on this tree-lined avenue is this substantial Georgian style house for £1.6m with estate agents Hoskins Morgan.
With seven bedrooms, a 37ft kitchen/family room at the rear overlooking the garden and a lounge that is an impressive 20ft long, there's plenty of space on offer for a new owner.

10. Usk Road, Cardiff
And, finally, on the most expensive list is Usk Road, Cardiff.
Tucked away within the popular suburb of Llanishen in Cardiff is Usk Road, part of a new build development by Waterstone Homes.
Just a stone's throw from Lisvane reservoir, homes on this street averaged £625,000 last year.

The least expensive
1. Maesgwyn, Aberdare
Maesygwyn in Aberdare was the most affordable street to buy a home last year, at £39,950.
Within walking distance of a number of shops and pubs, homes on this street are in an ideal location.

2. Ceridwen Street, Ferndale
Also the cheapest street in Wales was Ceridwen Street in Ferndale with properties for £39,950.
This tiny terraced street is a hub of activity, being in the centre of the town.

3. High Street, Ferndale
Again in Ferndale, properties on this street averaged £39,999. As 'High Street' would suggest, this street is the pivotal point of the town having anything you could ever need.

4. East Road, Ferndale
In the Taylorstown area of the town, houses on this street last year averaged £40,000.
Nestled in the centre of the valleys, homes on this street are about as close as nature as you'll get here.

5. The Avenue, Ferndale
Last year, this street sold properties averaging £41,000.
The end of this terraced street is met with mountains, making it the ideal street for those wanting to be near the hills.

6. Blaenllechau Road, Ferndale
Again, properties on this Ferndale street also averaged £41,000 last year.
This street backs onto St Gwyno Forestry but is also a short walk into town.

7. Church Street, Mountain Ash
Near the River Cynon, houses on this street averaged £41,340.
As well as being near to local shops and pubs, this street is within walking distance of Penrhiwceiber railway station offering transport links.

8. Penrhyn Terrace, New Tredegar
In the Rhymney Valley, this street is one of a number of terraced houses in the Phillipstown area of the town.

Last year, properties on this street sold for an average of £42,000.
9. Jones Street, New Tredegar
This street is just one away from Penrhyn Terrace and also averaged £42,000.

10. Pentwyn Avenue, Mountain Ash
One of the main roads through Mountain Ash, properties on this street averaged £42,500.
