The data for the most and the least expensive properties sold across Greater Manchester in July 2020 has been released.
Following a dip in expensive sales during lockdown, it seems Trafford is again dominating the upper end of Greater Manchester's property market.
Homes in the borough make up half of the top ten most expensive properties sold across Greater Manchester in July.
And one home even tipped over the two-million-pound mark.
Oldham makes up most of the top ten least expensive properties sold in the same month.
The cheapest sold for £48,000 right at the start of July.
According to the Land Registry, 30,145 home sales have been registered for July.
Based on the data covering the period so far, across England and Wales, there were 761 £1m or more sales, including 152 at £2m or more.
