This is the moment the first Thomas Cook flight was impounded at Manchester Airport just moments after the travel giant collapsed.
A video clip shows Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) officials being escorted to one of the tour operators planes at the airport and sticking a notice on the door.
It happened just moments after the holiday company missed the 11.59pm deadline set by creditors, witnesses said.
The notice said the plane was being detained due to 'default in payment of airport charges', it is understood.
It is understood the clip captures the first impounding of a plane belonging to Thomas Cook.
Thomas Cook has entered compulsory liquidation and all of its flights have been cancelled.
More than 20,000 jobs are at risk, including 9,000 in the UK, and 150,000 Brits are understood to be stranded abroad.

An onlooker said: "The CAA put a notice on the door, as seen in the picture, and he confirmed that Thomas Cook had gone into administration.
"After this around 12.15am we saw a Malaysian A380 taxing to go and rescue the Thomas cook passengers."
Several minutes after the notice was issued, an A380 Malaysian Airlines flight took off from Manchester Airport to rescue stranded Thomas Cook passengers from Malaysia.
