The moment Barcelona stars Luis Suarez and Philippe Coutinho were reunited with Liverpool legend

Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher was at Old Trafford on Wednesday night as Barcelona defeated Manchester United 1-0.

After the game the former defender posed for a picture with his former team-mates Luis Suarez and Philippe Coutinho.

In the post shared to Instagram, Carragher tagged the Uruguayan and Brazilian in the caption.

Luke Shaw scored an own goal in the 12th minute as Suarez' header - bound for Coutinho - bundled in off the England international.

It was initially ruled out for offside but after a VAR review the Barca striker was deemed onside and the goal was awarded.

Reds' supporters loved the picture which Carragher set as his new profile picture on Twitter.

One fan replied jokingly: "Two decent players in that photo", while another added: "Any chance in coming back lads?"

Many followers were asking the former England international to: "Bring them home".

Carragher's wife Nicola commented on the picture from her interior design account: "Hurry home now".

To which the Sky Sports pundit comically responded: "Can't leave these two".

The away goal has put the La Liga Champions-elect in the driving seat to reach the Champions League semi-finals.

With Liverpool also taking a two goal advantage into their second-leg tie with Porto, it could set up an Anfield return for Suarez and Coutinho.
