Apparently, being up by six runs wasn’t enough for the New York Mets.
After scoring five runs in the top of the ninth, the team’s bullpen blew a lead and fans had a similarly epic meltdown. And that leads us to the win probability chart that came out of that ridiculously terrible loss.
As a reminder, we love win probability charts here, from the one that was produced by the Warriors blowing a 31-point lead to the Clippers in Game 2 of their playoff series earlier this year to the Dolphins’ miracle win over the Patriots.
