It hasn't even been two weeks since the last of a string of storms battered the UK.
Dudley, Eunice and Franklin caused chaos across the country, bringing high speed winds, snow and serious flooding in some areas.
Residents living in East Didsbury, West Didsbury and Northenden were forced to evacuate their homes and trees and lorries were overturned elsewhere.

Fortunately the weather has calmed down since then.
With spring only a few weeks away, this weekend is set to be a mostly dry one.

Friday evening
Skies gradually clearing through the evening and overnight, thus turning chillier with a local frost possible by dawn.
The odd spot of drizzle possible first thing in the evening but staying largely dry from then on. Minimum temperature -1 °C.
Saturday
A bright start to Saturday with scattered cloud building a bit more through the day but with plenty of sunny intervals.
Remaining dry with a gentle to moderate breeze. Maximum temperature 9 °C.
Sunday to Tuesday
A generally dry period with variable cloud and sunny spells at times.
Feeling rather cold with overnight frosts increasingly likely. Breezy at times.
