The message Jack Grealish has sent to his Aston Villa team-mates ahead of Chelsea clash

Aston Villa captain Jack Grealish insists he is relishing taking on the best players and teams in the Premier League as he prepares to face Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.

Villa travel to west London this evening (Wednesday) to face Frank Lampard's Blues, who are smarting after back-to-back defeats in the Premier League, having lost out against Manchester City and West Ham United in their last two league fixtures.

Chelsea still sit fourth in the table ahead of the visit of Villa tonight, and the Blues will be looking for a return to winning ways against a Villa side currently sitting 15th in the league.

But Grealish has called on his team-mates to go out and enjoy the game - and try to cause another upset against the Blues.

Speaking in a video posted by Aston Villa on YouTube ahead of the game, Grealish said: "I said to the boys at the start of the season when we first started out against Tottenham: ‘These are the games that everyone wants to play in, these are why everyone comes and wants to play in the Premier League.'

"It's for all these games, you know: [Manchester] United away, Man City away - as tough as they’re going to be I think you’ve just got to cherish the moment really because you’re playing against top class players on the biggest stage.

"So I certainly will be relishing the moment and hopefully we can put on a good performance."
