The message from Man Utd fans for Gareth Southgate about Callum Hudson-Odoi and Marcus Rashford

It was not a night to remember for Chelsea's Callum Hudson-Odoi.

The Chelsea forward was handed his third senior cap for England as he started for the Three Lions against Kosovo, with Hudson-Odoi lining up in a front three that also included Manchester City's Raheem Sterling and Spurs striker Harry Kane.

England boss Gareth Southgate heaped praise on the 19-year-old when he spoke to ITV Sport prior to the game in Pristina, with the Three Lions boss talking up the teenager's quality and what he can bring to the side.

But the 19-year-old did not have his best game, with Hudson-Odoi failing to make an impact in an attacking sense, before being substituted for Manchester United star Marcus Rashford just before the hour mark.

Rashford then made an impact from the bench, scoring the third goal as England ran out 4-0 winners to complete their group stage schedule in style.

And some Manchester United fans have been reacting to the contrasting performances of Rashford and Hudson-Odoi on social media, with some sending a clear message to Southgate about his attacking options.

Here's what some Red Devils fans have been saying about the pair.
