It may be all over but the Masked Singer will be back next year with another series we can reveal.
Following series three's successful viewing figures, ITV bosses have signed up the show again.
"There will be a fourth series of the show," said a source.
"It's done incredibly well for them and they had no hesitations in saying yes to bringing it back next year. It's perfect Saturday night winter entertainment and viewers love it."
The Masked Singer, alongside other Saturday night shows, gave ITV its biggest overnight Saturday primetime audience since March 2021.
And despite Mo Gilligan being criticised for his lacklustre performance as host on The Brit Awards, his place on the judging panel alongside Davina McCall, Jonathan Ross and Rita Ora is assured.
"It's very early and obviously it always comes down to availability but there are no plans to replace any of the judges," says our insider.
"The feeling is if it ain't broke why fix it?"
Its sister show The Masked Dancer will be back later this year and its judge Oti Mabuse retains her place on the panel as she was "popular" with viewers.
The Sunday Mirror can reveal that the channel has no plans to shake up the Brits despite TV viewers switching off in droves.
The gender-neutral awards pulled in its lowest audience on ITV with ratings falling by more than a million viewers from last year, leading the show's critics to say 'go woke go broke.'
However, ITV bosses aren't concerned.
"They’re actually very pleased because it does so well with ITV's 16-34 demographic audience (39.2% share of viewing) and they're looking forward to working on it again next year," says a source.
ITV did not wish to comment.
