But no-one saw the Chameleon's identity coming. After losing the sing-off to Duck, they revealed themselves to be The Darkness frontman Justin Hawkins, the man whose vocals were near the top of the charts in 2003 on hits like I Believe In A Thing Called Love and Christmas Time (Don't Let The Bells End).
There were gasps of "no way!" from the panel and these were echoed on social media too as viewers reacted in shock to Justin's big reveal.
