Howard Donald has revealed he was battling an injury while competing on The Masked Dancer.
The Take That star, 53, finished in third place in Saturday's final as Zip, with Bonnie Langford revealed as Squirrel in runner up position and victory going to Louis Smith as Carwash.
Howard's unmasking proved to be one of the most shocking for the panel, who were joined on Saturday by guest judge Holly Willoughby.
And it was while talking to Holly and co-presenter Phillip Schofield that Howard divulged that he did the show with a shoulder injury.
After seeing a montage of Zip's best bits, Phillip asked Howard: "Did you do all of that with a shoulder injury?" to which he replied: "Yes, you literally just move your shoulder a tiny bit and it will like cross muscles and glitch and it's like a massive shoot to the shoulder.
"It's funny because you can do the smallest move and it'll go and you can do a big move and it won't go."
Shocked to learn of Howard's injury, Holly told him: "You wouldn't have known if you were watching because you were just so brilliant.
"Dancing is what you love anyway in fact you've said in the past that it comes more naturally to you than singing."
During his This Morning interview Howard admitted that being on Masked Dancer was rather lonely, with the celebs having to wear a mask and balaclava to disguise themselves, unable to talk to each other and Covid restrictions meaning that he couldn't even have his manager backstage.
He told Holly and Phillip: "You can't even encourage each other which you really wanted to do, to be like a team.
"There were times when I thought I want to be out this week because I didn't want to carry on.
"But once you get yourself through the routine and passed the nerves you want to go further."
