The Masked Dancer character line-up unveiled ahead of Masked Singer spin-off

The Masked Singer had everyone gripped with its bonkers guessing concept.

And we can expect it all over again but this time with The Masked Dancer.

ITV has revealed the character line-up for the new series which is set to air "soon".

The show will see celebrity contestants perform unique dances, whilst covered from head to toe in extravagant, colourful costumes and face masks leaving the viewers and star panel to guess their identities.

Taking their seat on the panel will be Jonathan Ross, Mo Gilligan and Davina McCall and new recruit Oti Mabuse, best known for being a pro dancer on Strictly Come Dancing.

Joel Dommett will also return to present the show that features 12 celebrities stepping onto the dance floor to take on character alter egos and confuse the panel and viewers with their moves.

A version of The Masked Dancer has already aired in the US and the UK series will begin in "late spring", ITV said.

From ballet to ballroom, salsa to swing and everything in between, here are the characters that will be dancing onto screens:

Tearing up the dance floor, it's Zip
