The market value of Swansea City's squad and where it ranks alongside Stoke City, Leeds United and Sheffield United

How much is Swansea City's squad really worth?

It is difficult to gauge but the good folks at TransferMarkt have  provided a helpful tool to see which teams are making the most out of their squads as they have broken down the market value of every team in the Championship this season.

There are a few caveats to add, however. For instance, they value youngster Daniel James at just £2.7million - a fraction of the price he is likely to be sold for this summer.

It also doesn't include the players they currently have out on loan - namely Andre Ayew, Jordan Ayew, Borja Baston, Tom Carroll, Wilfried Bony and Jefferson Montero.

Some of the figures - especially for their rivals - are stark.

So who is overperforming and which teams are wasting their talent? Take a look and find out.
