Liverpool was set to welcome the huge open-air Love Island Experience this summer - but now the event has officially been cancelled.
The event, from The Luna Cinema, was supposed to take over Liverpool ONE ’s Chavasse Park for an entire week starting on July 23.
A spokesperson for The Luna Cinema said: “Due to logistical reasons Love Island The Experience will no longer be taking place at Liverpool One.
“However, the event will still run 19th - 29th July on Brighton Beach”.
Tickets for the Liverpool event are no longer on sale and the dates have been removed from Love Island Experience website.
The event was set to transform Chavasse Park into the Love Island village, with LED screens to show a live episode each night.
Guests would have been able to experience Love Island this never before, with a huge firepit and Beach Hut diary room revealed to have been on their way to Liverpool.
The Love Island Experience will now only proceed in Brighton.
