Health officials have said they are "concerned" about the fourth wave of Covid that Ireland has found itself in.
For the second straight day, Friday's number of new cases was over 900, with 1,137 new infections coming off the back of Thursday's total of 993.
Deaths have also started rising as the Delta variant rages across the country.
With five counties in particular struggling, the HSE has urged anyone who believes they may have the virus to get checked.
To help with that, there are 'walk-in' Covid test centres dotted around the country.
You need to bring photo ID and provide a mobile phone number.
