Liverpool has a new number one restaurant, according to Trip Advisor.
109 Allerton, located on Allerton Road, is open seven days a week where it serves up a variety of modern cuisine in its pink and grey venue and it has now become the new number one restaurant in Liverpool.
The restaurant opened in 2017, with many of its reviews full of praising for the food, service and atmosphere.
One reviewer even called it their "2nd Home" and said: "I’m never out of this place.... it’s literally like my 2nd home.
"Every Monday I take my lovely mum & at the weekends I’ll go with the girls.
"The team at 109 are amazing - super friendly, very efficient & food is always spot on, nothing is ever too much trouble. Cool Vibes & buzzing atmosphere always
"My favourite place to eat & it just keeps on getting better."
Just this month, one fan titled their review "The most beautiful roast dinner I have ever had!" and said: "We visited 109 Allerton this weekend as a large group of 10, the food was out of this world and the staff couldn't do more to help us.
"The restaurant was very clean and beautifully decorated.
"I will be back in a hurry!
"Thanks for a lovely meal!"
While another customer said: "We enjoyed a beautiful Saturday Night Meal at 109, Staff were very attentive and polite!
"Food was out of this world especially the Lamb We will be back guys"
Other reviewers labelled the restaurant "absolutely amazing" and "my new favourite!"
Elif on Bold Street has taken second place on the Trip Advisor website, while Lucy in the Sky is at third place.
