It's no secret that Liverpool is an exciting city with lots to see and plenty to do and it seems even international magazines agree.
British GQ has published a round up of venues it deems the "most stylish places to eat, drink, stay and shop in Liverpool".
While we know the men's magazine will have been spoilt for choice, it managed to choose just 15 locations across the city.
These are the spots that made the cut.
Hotels
Among the city's hotels, Blackburne Terrace in the city's Georgian Quarter was hailed in GQ for its "astounding amount of charm and creativity".
The luxury four room B&B is housed in an 1826 mansion and has featured in the Sunday Times and The Guardian over the years.
Next on the list was the popular Titanic Hotel based on Stanley Dock.
The huge building has a restaurant, event centre and spa inside so there's plenty of reasons to pop in for a visit.
The final hotel to make the cut was Hope Street Hotel, which has proved a popular destination for weddings and events and has been extensively extended this year.
Bars and Cafes
Liverpool is well known for its thriving nightlife scene and GQ featured seven of our bars and cafés in its round up.
First on the list was the quirky Petit Café du Coin found on the corner of Duke Street and Berry Street, which offers visitors an extensive wine menu and Parisian charm - without the expense of a plane ticket.
Next on the list was Buyers Club, tucked back on Hardman Street, the hip bar offers a range of craft ales and cocktails while playing host to garden parties, barbecues, live music and even exhibitions from artists.
The bar shared its thanks for being included in the round up on Twitter:
GQ's next choice was Berry & Rye, the hidden speakeasy on Berry Street that serves a variety of cocktails from menus hidden in old books.

The classic Philharmonic pub was the next venue on the men's magazine's list - with its famous gents' loos, interesting history and celebrity patrons , it's no surprise the Hope Street venue was inluded.
The final bar on the list was The Everyman bar, also on Hope Street, and found in one of the city's most popular and beloved theatres.
The bar sells Liverpool gin, a selection of cocktails and guest ales and is a hub of creativity.
Liverpool has plenty of coffee shops and cafés to choose from, but GQ's choices were Bold Street coffee, which has become well known in the city for wide selection of independent retailers, its freshly made bakery items and vegan dishes.
Wood Street's Mother Espresso was the next coffee spot included in the round up.
The industrial style venue is housed in a former tea warehouse and its decor is a nod to its history.
Restaurants
Liverpool is a food lover's paradise, with a huge selection of restaurants and food markets to satisfy any craving.
GQ recommended Indian street food chain Mowgli, declaring it "another of Bold Street's best spots".
The Bold Street spot is the chain's original venue, where it all began and it's always busy and bustling with people.
The Quarter was the next restaurant GQ praised.
Located on Falkner Street in the Georgian Quarter, the restaurant has an Italian inspired menu and offers a huge selection of impressive desserts.
Sugnall Street's The Art School was the next venue included in the round up.
The restaurant is based in a former Victorian children's home and features high-end cuisine from renowned chef Paul Askew.
The final food spot GQ praised is Panoramic 34, located on Brook Street and boasting impressive views of the city.
From the 34th floor of the building, the restaurant treats guests to views of the Liver Building , the cathedrals and the world famous football stadiums.
Shopping
We know that tourists and locals are spoilt for choice when it comes to shopping, but GQ praised menswear store SevenStore, which stocks high-end brands such as Acne Studios, Craig Green, Martine Rose and more.
The industrial style shop is based on Norfolk Street in the city centre.
If GQ come back to the city again, it's no doubt they'll have plenty of other exciting hotels, restaurants and shops to choose from.
