The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe by C. S. Lewis - review

I heard from some of my friends that this book deserves to be read and finally I made it!

Many people might say it's a "simple fairytale" with no true essence or meaning, but I must say its plot is unique and combines not only an interesting story, but also a valuable lesson.

It's one of those books which grips your attention from the very beginning because it's a truly great adventure story. Honestly, I was completely surprised when she entered a new world through the wardrobe! I couldn't put the book down until I read what this new world looked like and how she would eventually leave that world.

I think one of the ideas I treasured the most in this book was the friendship and devotion. I loved the fact that the children who were presented in the book helped each other even though they didn't always get along well. This shows that even though people may not always understand each other, they should always help when others are in need.

Taking all things in consideration, I advise every person no matter of age to read this book, because it truly makes you feel lost in a world of magic!
