The lights went out during a play in the Temple-ECU game and it was pretty wild

Well this was really weird and something I haven’t seen before in a football game.

Temple and East Carolina were playing in a college football game on ESPN on Thursday night when the lights suddenly went out at Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium in Greenville, N.C.

And by suddenly went out I mean they went out in the middle of play. Thankfully nobody was hurt because this could have been really dangerous.

East Carolina completed a short pass and the wide receiver was running with the ball when he was taken down and things suddenly went dark.

You need to check out this wild moment:

Crazy, right.

The game is currently delayed as they try to fix the lights.

Again, thankfully nobody was hurt.
