Two Leeds postcodes have won thousands in People’s Postcode Lottery Daily Prize.
Fenton Place in Middleton (LS10 4FH) and Sherbrooke Avenue in Halton (LS15 0LR) were two of 20 winners from around the country for the £1,000 daily prize.
However, the winners could walk away with up to £3,000 if they played with three tickets and £2,000 if they played with two tickets.
Another Yorkshire postcode was picked during today’s daily prize, residents from Thirlmere Road (WF2 9ER)in Wakefield have also won the jackpot.
People's Postcode Lottery is a subscription lottery which raises money for charities, so far they have donated £500m to a number of causes across the country and internationally.
Thirty-two per cent of the ticket price is donated to charity and players sign up with their postcode and pay £10 per month.
Recently the company has handed Sir David Attenborough the People's Postcode Lottery's annual Postcode Hero award in recognition of his environmental work.
