Developers had previously said the home would make an incredible family eco-home or be a lair for a Bond villain.

There is so much potential for the property that could also be used as a state of the art fitness and entertainment suites.

PDS Construction has now said: “The house is approaching completion and we should be ready to do viewings towards the end of January.”

Illuminating investments director David Aspland previously said “We are absolutely delighted to have been successful in securing this site and can’t wait to get started.

"It’s a remarkable opportunity to create an outstanding home in a stunning location. Development opportunities like these don’t present themselves very often.”
