Job seekers could earn themselves an easy £500 if they successfully apply to one firm.
Goldenfry, based in Wetherby, is offering prospective employees a huge joining bonus just for bagging themselves a job at the company.
The company, which produces food accompaniments such as gravy granules and ready mixes, is offering "reliable, stable employment" - and is willing to fork out hundreds of pounds to successful applicants.

Goldenfry is recruiting shift workers for both day and night shifts and is offering a host of benefits.
These include:

Although the huge joining bonus seems incredibly generous, new recruits will not receive it in one lump sum.
The firm will pay out £250 to a new starter after they have worked at the company for three months, with the other £250 deposited after six months.
