Many restaurants are struggling with staff numbers, as some workers are forced to isolate due to Covid, or have simply left their jobs during the pandemic and chosen not to return.
This has led to some temporary restaurant closures while others have had to reduce their opening hours and days to give their staff a rest.
Here are the latest restaurants to react to staff shortages.

Vermut
This Spanish bar in Guildhall Place in Cardiff has temporarily closed its doors due to staff shortages.
It posted on its Instagram yesterday, Wednesday, August 18, saying: "This bar and its guests deserve 100% of our efforts and we simply can't do that right now with the staff shortages we are experiencing."
Reassuring customers, it promised to return after it had found more staff.
Uisce by Heanys
After the weekend Uisce by Heanys in Cardiff is closing for a week from Monday, August 23, until Friday, September 3, to allow its staff to have a break.
This small plate restaurant and bar has experienced a very busy period since the end of lockdown and it said on Instagram it would be having a "well-deserved break" and was looking forward to welcoming customers back.
Bunch Of Grapes
The award-winning pub in Pontypridd, Bunch Of Grapes, is now closing Mondays and Tuesdays because of staff shortages.
This closure is lasting until Monday, August 13, when it will re-open for Mondays and Tuesdays alongside the rest of the week.
It said on Instagram: "At the moment we are too short staffed to maintain staying open 7 days a week in a way that would be fair to our staff."
Dusty's Pizza
This pizza restaurant has changed its opening days at its Paper Mill Road restaurant in Cardiff.
The restaurant will now be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays due to staff shortages, to give its staff "the rest that they deserve."
