The UK property market is in the midst of a boom - and there's no sign of it slowing down just yet.
With so much demand for properties, new homes that are put on the market are being snapped up quicker than ever.
According to UK estate agents Strutt & Parker , houses are now flying off the market two times faster than before the pandemic.
It now takes around 27 days to sell a home - compared to an average of 69 days in 2019.

Here we round up some of the latest properties across the region that have been added to Rightmove this week.
Detached homes
There were only two detached homes in Greater Manchester that were added to the market this weekend.
Droylsden

A four-bedroom detached home is up for sale in Drolysden for the price of £345,995.
This property has a large open plan kitchen dining area on the ground floor with a separate lounge room and a toilet.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with an en-suite, three further bedrooms and a family bathroom.
Prestwich

Found near to Heaton Park, this detached house in Prestwich is up for sale for £525,000.

There were 25 semi-detached homes added to the market over the last three days.
Droylsden

This is the cheapest semi-detached home to be put on the market most recently is in Droylsden, with a price of £120,000.
This three-bed home consists of a kitchen, lounge, bathroom and separate toilet on the ground floor, and three bedrooms on the first floor.
The estate agent Sleigh & Son say this property is 'oozing with potential' and is for cash buyers only.
Blackley

This three bed semi-detached home is on the market in Blackley for £180,000.
