Victoria has recorded 34 COVID-19-related deaths and 7,502 new cases of the virus.
There are 699 people in hospital with COVID-19, including 39 in ICU, seven of whom are being ventilated.
New South Wales
New South Wales has recorded 29 COVID-19-related deaths and 12,908 new cases in the latest reporting period.
There are 2,224 people in hospital with the virus, including 63 in ICU.
Northern Territory
The Northern Territory has recorded 257 new COVID-19 cases and no deaths.
There are 54 people in hospital, including one in ICU.
Tasmania
Tasmania has recorded two COVID-19-related deaths and 765 new cases of the virus.
There are 92 people in hospital, 25 of whom are being treated specifically for COVID-19, with two of them in ICU.
Queensland
Queensland has recorded eight COVID-19-related deaths and 4,926 new cases of the virus.
There are 736 people in hospital, including 22 in ICU.
Australian Capital Territory
The territory has recorded 705 new cases of COVID-19 and no deaths.
There are 141 people in hospital with the virus, including two of them in ICU.
Western Australia
WA has recorded one COVID-19-related death — a man in his 40s dating back to July 31 — and 3,239 new cases of the virus.
There are 351 people in hospital, including 14 of them in ICU.
South Australia
South Australia has recorded eight COVID-19-related deaths and 2,421 new cases of the virus.
There are 316 people in hospital, including 11 of them in ICU.
