Coronavirus infection rates have gone up in eight boroughs of Greater Manchester, according to the latest data.
They have fallen in Rochdale and remained the same in Manchester.
Stockport now has the highest coronavirus infection rate in Greater Manchester, replacing Tameside.
The borough recorded a rate of 511.6 cases per 100,000 people in the week ending September 26, according to the latest data from Public Health England (PHE) published today (Thursday).

The lowest infection rate is in Manchester, where the rate is 206.9 cases per 100,000 people.
In Greater Manchester as a whole, the infection rate is now 324.8 cases per 100,000 population. The infection rate in the region is lower than the national average, which is 336.9 cases per 100,000 people.
A total of 9,210 people tested positive for coronavirus across Greater Manchester in the week which ended on September 26. The Greater Manchester weekly total has increased by 1,369 cases compared to the previous week, which means the infection rate was up 17 per cent in the last week..
The infection rate is higher than the national average in four areas of Greater Manchester and lower in the remaining six boroughs.
Hospital admissions
In the week ending on September 26, a total of 250 patients were admitted to Greater Manchester NHS hospitals with Covid-19. That is 31 fewer than the week before, a fall of 14 per cent.
On Tuesday September 28, there were 34 Mechanical Ventilation (MV) beds occupied by Covid patients in Greater Manchester NHS hospitals. That is ten fewer than a week earlier.
This is the most recent available data for hospital admissions as the figures for NHS trusts are not updated daily.
Deaths
In the week ending September 26, a total of 29 people died within 28 days of a positive Covid test across Greater Manchester, which is 13 fewer than the week before.
Cases reported in each of the ten boroughs
Wigan recorded 1,155 coronavirus cases, which is 276 more than in the previous seven days. The latest infection rate in Wigan is 349.2 cases per 100,000 people and that is up 31 per cent week-on-week.
The trend is up in Oldham , where there were 725 positive Covid-19 tests in the week ending September 26, which is 70 more than the previous seven days. That is up by 11 per cent compared to the previous week.
The latest infection rate in Oldham is 305.1 cases per 100,000 people, which is lower than the national average.
The city-borough of Manchester , which has the lowest infection rate in the region, recorded 1,150 positive Covid-19 tests in the week ending September 26, which is three fewer than the previous seven days.
The coronavirus infection rate in Manchester is now 206.9 cases per 100,000 people, about the same as the previous week.
In Trafford , the latest infection rate is 451.2 cases per 100,000 people and the number of cases has gone up by 34 per cent. A total of 1,072 people tested positive for Covid in Trafford over the seven days ending on September 26, which is 273 more than the week before.
In Bolton , the number of cases is up by seven per cent compared to the previous week - leaving the infection rate at 248.1 cases per 100,000 population. There were 715 positive Covid-19 tests in Bolton in the week ending September 26, which was 49 more than the previous seven days.
In Stockport , there were 1,505 positive Covid-19 tests in the week ending September 26, which is 355 more than the previous seven days.
Stockport has the highest infection rate in the region. The infection rate in Stockport is up slightly compared with the previous day and the week-on-week trend is up by 31 per cent.
There was a rise of two per cent in cases in Bury over the week ending September 26, and the infection rate is now 254.8 cases per 100,000 population.
Bury recorded 486 positive Covid-19 tests over the seven-day period, and that is 11 more than the previous week.
There were 1,114 positive tests over the last week in Tameside , which is 246 more than in the previous week.
The week-on-week trend in Tameside is up by 28 per cent and the latest infection rate is 490.5 cases per 100,000 people.
Rochdale is an area where the trend is down. The latest infection rate in the town is 223.6 cases per 100,000 people. There were 500 cases recorded in Rochdale, which is nine fewer than the previous week - a fall of two per cent.
Salford saw a total of 788 cases in the week ending September 26, which is 101 more than the previous week. That is a rise of 15 per cent.
In Salford, the most recent coronavirus infection rate is now 300.0 cases per 100,000 people.
