If you’re yarning to show off your craft skills then look no further as a knitting and sewing event is coming to Dublin this week.
The Knitting & Stitching Show will be happening at the RDS from Thursday until Sunday.
Now in its 26th year, the event is bursting at the seams with a variety of exciting events lined up.
Sewing enthusiasts will have the chance to take part in various workshops focusing on dressmaking, hems, seam finishing, and learning tips and tricks.
You can also learn all sorts of other crafts including traditional embroidery, knitting and stitching, contemporary fabric design, and silk ribbon embroidery amongst other things.
The Creative Living Theatre will be putting on shows over the weekend in the form of 30 minute demonstrations.
There will also be a dressmaking competition inspired by sustainable fashion and design trends taking place on Sunday.
