The draw for the preliminary round of The Kilmarnock Pie West of Scotland Football League Cup has thrown up an all-Ayrshire clash.
South Ayrshire cracks Troon will take on North Ayrshire outfit Ardeer Thistle at Portland Park on Saturday, October 30 for a place in the first round proper.
A further four Ayrshire sides are involved at the earliest stage of the competition which includes 10 ties.
Hurlford United have been drawn at home against Vale of Leven, Glenafton Athletic will entertain Rutherglen Glencairn, Whitletts Vics will host Vale of Clyde and Ardrossan Winton Rovers have a home tie against Arthurlie.
West of Scotland League chairman Matt Bamford and Brownings the Bakers managing director John Gall conducted the draw last night at Kilwinning Sports Club.
