The Killers Malahide Castle gigs 2022 - stage times, setlist, support acts, security, tickets and weather

The Killers are set to bring their 'Imploding the Mirage' tour to Dublin's Malahide Castle this week on June 14th and 15th.

Frontman Brandon Flowers and his bandmates will take to the stage at the North Dublin venue at 9pm.

The Killers are a Grammy-nominated rock band from Las Vegas, Nevada.

Since breaking through in 2004 with their debut album Hot Fuss, they've become one of the biggest bands on the planet.

The band have sold out stadiums and arenas all over the world.

Here is everything you need to know about the Dublin dates, how to get there and stage times.

What time do the gates open?

For gigs in Malahide Castle on Monday to Friday nights, the shows start at 6pm, with gates opening at 5pm.

On weekends, the shows kick off at 5pm, with gates opening at 4pm.

The Gates for the Killers will open from 5pm.

The Academic - 18:15

Blossoms - 19:30

The Killers - 21:00

Access the venue

Pedestrians will only be permitted into the grounds of Malahide Castle via Hogan's Gate.

No other park gates will allow entry.

Getting there

Dart: The train runs frequently daily and the station is a 15 minute walk from the venue. Train schedules and bookings are available on Irish rail.

Bus: The 42 bus runs to Malahide. There will also be a direct bus service operated by Marathon coaches running every half-hour from 3pm to 6pm. and after the event from 10.30pm until 11.30pm. This will take passengers to Custom House Quay in the city centre.

Those attending are urged to pre-book the bus here.

Coaches: Parking for private coaches and minibuses is available onsite for those who have booked in advance.

Cars: For those driving, parking will be provided via Back Road. Booking is advised in advance for discounted prices.

Safety and policy

Due to increased traffic and security measures people are advised to be at the venue in sufficient time as there is no queuing prior to gates opening allowed.

No queuing prior to gates opening is permitted, those attending are advised to print or download their tickets before arriving at the venue.

Event organisers have advised searches will be in place to ensure the safety of concert goers.

There is also a strict no alcohol policy on transport to and from the venue.

No backpacks or large handbags are allowed. A full list of prohibited items is available on the MCD website.
