Unai Emery is said to be edging closer to an Arsenal exit amid growing boardroom unrest, and may have just a few games to save his job.
The Gunners are on their worst run of results in over 20 years after going six games without a win, with rumours of board unrest following an angry backlash from Arsenal fans.
The Mirror state that the next four games could decide the former Sevilla manager's fate.
Arsenal are top of their Europa League group following wins against Standard Liege, Eintracht Frankfurt and Vitoria SC in their first three games, but a draw last time out against Vitoria was another poor result for the Spanish boss.
The Gunners are in action at home against Eintracht on Thursday before a trip to Carrow Road to face Norwich, who currently sit 18th in the table.
Following that is a home game against Brighton and a derby against West Ham at the London Stadium.
The club are said to be reluctant to make a mid-season change, but Emery is apparently running out of time to bring about a change in both results and performances.
Emery received heavy backing in the summer transfer window, with Dani Ceballos joining on loan and Kieran Tierney and David Luiz completing permanent moves along with club record signing Nicolas Pepe.
If the club do decide that Emery's time is up, it is believed that Freddie Ljungberg and Steve Bould would take temporary charge until they are able to move for a top managerial target, with Mikel Arteta said to be among the long-term considerations.
