Drone footage captured the moment the tourist attraction in Grangemouth changed colour on Friday evening.
The Falkirk Wheel and Bowline also put on a colourful display.
In a statement on Friday, Catherine Topley, Scottish Canals Chief Executive Officer said: "As part of the global show of solidarity for the people of Ukraine The Kelpies, The Falkirk Wheel and Bowline have been lit up blue and yellow.
"Our thoughts are with the people of Ukraine."
It comes after Downing Street and St Andrew's House in Edinburgh were also lit up in the two colours.
Russia has carried out its deadliest missile attack on Ukraine overnight since the conflict began killing over 70 people.
The targeted strike took place in the northeastern Sumy region of the country, with the local governor Dmytro Zhyvytskyy confirming that more than 70 soldiers from the Ukrainian army had been killed, after their military base was shelled.
Footage of the aftermath of the attack in Okhytyrka has emerged as collapsed buildings, piles of rubble and emergency services depict a scenes of devastation.
