The Jubilee street parties in your area of Wales

There are many ways to celebrate the Queen' s Platinum Jubilee, you can read all the big events happening in Wales here, and one of the most classic ways to celebrate a Jubilee is with a street party. During the long Jubilee bank holiday weekend, from Thursday, June, 2 to Sunday, June, 5 there are many street parties taking place across Wales.

Many of the street parties are private and restricted to residents of the street only. Some street parties will also mean road closures in that area. Are you holding a street party? Let us know in the comments below or email stephanie.colderick@reachplc.com so we can your street party to our list.

We've contacted the councils in Wales to see where there are going to be parties and have listed the ones which got back to us, below. Ceredigion Council have had no applications for road closures, they told us, while Torfaen and Neath Port Talbot councils both did not provide information of road closures.

Grab your cream scones, a cup of tea, and picnic blankets, and enjoy a family-friendly day over the long bank holiday weekend. For more What's On news you can sign up to our newsletter here.
