They say talent runs in the family and judging by this list of soap stars, that could very well be true.
If you have ever spotted a character on the cobbles or in The Vic and thought they remind you of someone - chances are it will be someone the actor is related to.
And some of the family connections may surprise you.
Here is a list of soap stars you might not have known are actually related.
Brooke Vincent and Ellie Leach
Corrie stars Brooke Vincent and Ellie Leach are actually cousins in real life.
Brooke, 27, plays Sophie Webster on the cobbles while Ellie, 18, plays Faye Windass.

The pair are very close, earlier this year Brooke wrote a gushing post about Ellie as she turned 18.
She said: "BABY GIRL How are you 18? I remember the day my ”one man band” took on an apprentice! You was everything and more I could have dreamed of!! You was the perfect little girl apart from when you was being a [angry emojis].

"You've grown up to be loving, caring and Oh So Beautiful. We love you lots El & are super super proud of everything you're becoming!!
"Happy 18th Baby Girl!! Can't wait to celebrate tomorrow Love You Bleach @ellielouiseleach"
Kara and Hannah Tointon
Strictly Come Dancing winner Kara Tointon, 35, is famous for playing Dawn Swann in EastEnders , but you might not know her sister Hannah, 31, played Katy Fox on Hollyoaks in 2007.
Kara has embarked on a West End career, taking on roles of Elisa Doolittle in Pygmalion and is currently appearing in The Man in the White Suit in Bath and London.

Hannah is engaged to her Inbetweeners co-star Joe Thomas who played Simon Cooper in the Channel 4 sitcom.
The siblings have also appeared on ITV's Mr Selfridge together.
Jamie Lomas and Charley Webb
Hollyoaks star Jamie Lomas has a very famous sister.
The soap actor, who plays Warren Fox, is the older brother of Emmerdale actress Charley Webb, who has played Debbie Dingle in the soap since 2002, when she joined at the age of 14.

Jamie, 44, is big brother to 31-year-old Charley and they have four other siblings: Danny Webb, Lucy Webb, Cassie Lomas and Kelly Lomas.
After an appearance in I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!, Jamie has popped back up in Hollyoaks from time-to-time.

Meanwhile Charley is still in Emmerdale and is expecting her third child.
Ryan and Adam Thomas

Ryan Thomas is most famous for his role as Jason Grimshaw in Coronation Street, but his brother Adam also landed a TV role.
Adam played Adam Barton in Emmerdale up until last year and has also been in BC drama Waterloo Road as Donte Charles.
They also have another brother you may find familiar, Scott Thomas appeared in series two of Love Island, making it all the way to the final with Kady McDermott.
Joe and Shana Swash

You may remember brother and sister Mickey and Demi Miller in EastEnders, but did you know they are siblings in real life?
Joe and Shana Swash landed in Albert Square in 2003, with Joe's character being written out of the soap in 2008.
Joe is now in a long term relationship with former X Factor star Stacey Soloman and the couple have just welcomed their first child together.
Nick and John Pickard

Fans of Hollyoaks will know Nick Pickard for his role as Tony Hutchinson on the Channel 4 soap, but the character's half-brother Damien Reilly was played by Nick's real-life brother John.
Nick is Hollyoaks' longest serving cast member and has also appeared on celebrity shows like Pointless, MasterChef and The Weakest Link.
John has continued to take a number of pantomime roles over the years including Beauty and the Beast and Aladdin.

That's right, Lil' Mo from EastEnders is the sister of Hollywood actor Gary Oldman, 61.
Laila is her stage name and the 73-year-old is otherwise known as Maureen Oldman. She apparently took on the stage name after advice from Gary's then girlfriend, Italian actress Isabella Rossellini.
Amy and Kimberley Walsh

Former Girls Aloud singer Kimberley Walsh is the sister of Emmerdale actress Amy, who plays Tracy Shankley in the ITV soap.
Amy, 32, was also in Hollyoaks in 2011 playing Jennifique McQueen, while Kimberley, 37, has persuaded a career in the West End, most notably playing Princess Fiona in Shrek the Musical.
