The inside view on 'little brother' Gjanni Alioski behind the scenes at Leeds United

Salim Lamrani has provided another glowing tribute to a Leeds United player, this time Gjanni Alioski receiving kind words from Marcelo Bielsa 's former right-hand man.

United's Bielsa last season has posted a series of social media posts in which he's given insider information of the qualities with which the Leeds players bring to the side, on and off the pitch.

Giving Alioski the nickname of 'The Brave', Lamrani has praised the North Macedonia international for his courage, effort and resilience.

Taking to Twitter, the Frenchman posted the following message:

"Gjanni Alioski demonstrates the virtues possessed by the inhabitants of working-class neighbourhoods: respect for his elders, an emotional temperament, attachment to his social roots and fraternal familiarity.

"As a player he is always an asset to his team. During games, he is never intimidated by the size or physical power of his opponent and he compensates for his modest build with an excess of courage.

"His defensive aerial game is always particularly impressive. He always plays with maximum effort and he is capable of replicating high intensity runs without showing any particular fatigue."

Lamrani has posted a series of similar tribute posts in recent weeks, giving shoutouts to , Liam Cooper , Adam Forshaw and others.

His for the players have earned him something of a cult status among the fanbase.

"From a personal point of view, his joie de vivre is salutary, especially during the periods of high pressure and he never loses the respect of others," he continued.

"His excesses are always welcomed with benevolence because they are motivated by good intentions.

"I have always felt a particular affection for Gjanni, the type we usually reserve for our little brother."
