Yesterday marked the start of the Invictus Games, a four-day international sporting event for wounded, injured and sick Servicemen and women.

As the event serves to highlights sport’s capacity to rebuild self confidence, ambitions and social life, we would like to hear from anyone who has found comfort in sport when facing adversity in their lives.

If sport has helped you through a particular difficult time, whether you have recovered from a previous injury or you are currently going through a rehabilitation process, we would like you to share your photos and stories with us.
