The Reds played BVB in the first match of their pre-season tour of America and lost 3-2 at the Notre Dame Stadium.
Paco Alcacer opened the scoring for Jurgen Klopp's former side before Harry Wilson levelled before half-time.

Liverpool then found themselves 3-1 down before Rhian Brewster pulled one back from the penalty spot with 15 minutes to go.
Fans were understandably buzzing with excitement to watch Klopp and his men do battle in Indiana and serenaded them with a powerful rendition of You'll Never Walk Alone as they stepped onto the pitch.

Scarves were held up around the ground in traditional Anfield fashion as Liverpool mascot Mighty Red stood in front of the crowds leading the song.
The Reds will now travel to Boston where they will face Sevilla on Sunday, July 21, at Fenway Park before playing Sporting CP at the Yankee Stadium on July 24.
