Chelsea star Eden Hazard is once again in contention to win the PFA player of the year award.
Hazard is Chelsea's sole representative among the nominations for the PFA player of the year award, joining Manchester City trio Sergio Aguero, Raheem Sterling and Bernardo Silva, and Liverpool duo Virgil van Dijk and Sadio Mane on the six-man shortlist.
But Hazard is no stranger to being nominated for the award, with this being his fifth time on the shortlist for the honour, which is voted for by players in the top flight.
Indeed, only two players have been nominated for the award more times since 2000; former Arsenal striker Thierry Henry and Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard.

Hazard has been nominated for the award more than any other Chelsea player this millennium, with Frank Lampard being shortlisted three times, the same number as former Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas.
The Belgian, who won the award in 2015 and lifted the PFA young player of the year award in 2014, has scored 19 goals for Chelsea so far this season, and registered 12 assists.
He has also been named Chelsea's player of the year in 2014, 2015 and 2017, while he has been named in the PFA Premier League team of the year in four separate seasons, in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2017.

The winner of the PFA player of the year award will be announced at a ceremony in London on Sunday, April 28.
