UEFA's latest coefficient rankings have been released ahead of the 2019/20 Champions League and Europa League campaigns.
And despite defeat to Chelsea in the Europa League final, Arsenal have remained in ninth place in the rankings.
These rankings determine a club's seeding in draws and the revenue distribution based on results in the Champions League.
They are formed of match points and bonus points collected by clubs during European competitions over the past five years.
Liverpool are in eighth place despite their Champions League victory with Real Madrid top of the rankings with Atletico Madrid and Barcelona behind them.
Man City are the top ranked English side in sixth place with Man United making up the top ten and Spurs in 12th.
