World class illusionists have been selected for a show that takes audiences back to the golden era of magic. They will unveil new magical experiments and draw from a treasure chest of long-forgotten mysteries.
The characters of 1903 are inspired by the great illusionists. They include the eccentric, who marries physical comedy with skill and mastery; the immortal, who specialises in illusions; the conjuress, a mistress of the occult and master of the mystical; the clairvoyant, the charlatan trickster, and the showman, who lives for the accolades of the crowd. Finally the escapist will perform Houdini’s famous death defying underwater escape.
