Liverpool have been handed an ideal start to their Premier League 2019/20 campaign with a home match against newly-promoted Norwich City.
It's a Friday night game at Anfield and the game will kick-off the entire domestic season at 8pm on August 9.
You can be sure Reds supporters will be in full voice under the lights as they welcome the European champions onto the field against the Canaries.

Of course, Daniel Farke's team might prove a stern test after winning the Championship to gain promotion but Jurgen Klopp's men should have no fear with the likes of Sadio Mane, Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino all known to come flying out the traps in their season openers.
An interesting historical note is that Liverpool have faced Norwich in only one previous top flight opening day fixture, in 1976.
On that day the Reds won 1-0 at Anfield and went on to win the 76/77 league ahead of Manchester City who came in second.
In the 2019/20 season Klopp's men will take on defending champions City for the second time in April.
In 1976/77 they played them for the second time in April too and won 2-1.
Now, there is no suggestion to say this guarantees anything or any results to come but if history is anything to go by it's set to be a very exciting season.
