The hidden part of Schuh's website where you can get huge discounts on big brands like Calvin Klein and Nike

Whether you're a shopaholic or just a shoe fanatic, you've probably spent a large proportion of your wages on your collection of trainers, boots, work shoes and heels.

So if you're trying to cut back and save some money, you might be on a shoe ban.

But with the hidden part of Schuh's website that offers huge discounts on big name brands, your ban could be lifted.

If you're willing to live with a little imperfection, there are £60 shoes selling for £6.99, better than half price offers on Adidas, Converse, Nike and many more, MirrorOnline reports.

We've seen Adidas Gazelle's down from £70 to £24.99, Converse All Stars for £20.99 (down from £50) and UGG lace ups down from £195 to just £35.99.

Why are these shoes so cheap?

The clue is in the name, with all the deals available part of the Schuh Imperfectsrange thanks to small cosmetic issues in the box.

"Our imperfect items may suffer some blemishes such as: scratches or scuffs, discoloured or faded, irremovable dirty marks," Schuh explains.

But the good news is you know exactly what you're buying, so won't be in for any nasty surprises.

"We've provided photographs of the actual shoe you'll receive with a brief description of the imperfection," Schuh explains.

"Where there is more than one imperfection, an image of each is shown."

Deals are available to search by gender, size, brand and more - and that includes kids shoes.

The nature of what's on offer changes each week - as imperfections are spotted - and the retailer warns goods might not always arrive in their original packaging.

But given how long shoes generally last before a scuff, scratch or mark ends up on them - and how long we happily keep wearing them after it does - it seems silly not to see if you can bag a bargain.
